A reorganized Sea-Room!
An independent discount book seller, Sea-Room began in 1995 in order to introduce Patrick
O'Brian, the author of the Aubrey-Maturin series, to a US audience.
About that time W. W. Norton was publishing Wine Dark Sea,
the 16th in the series. Since then all of O'Brian books have
been published. Sea-Room has expanded
to include framed model ships, Geoff Hunt's signed, limited
edition lithographs, and DVDs about the sea |

Sea-Room has two missions:
First, to offer a
greater variety of book titles, especially POB related books, than currently available at the
major book sellers and offer them at discount. We offer many
books that provide insight about the people
who braved the seas and technology in the age of sail.
Second, to provide a plethora
information about the history of sail as an old salt might tell
his grandson. |

Sea-Room will sell books, shanties on CDs, Geoff Hunt signed and numbered
lithographs, models, and video on DVDs. Most products will be
discounted with the books generally discounted at about 40%.
All items will remain discounted at current prices
until September
1, 2009. Customers may buy products with personal checks and
postal money orders. |
